Hi, I'm Jenny DeMarco, and I am so happy you landed here. I am certified in personal training, nutrition coaching, Intuitive Eating counseling, and more - but what I'm most proud of and excited about is becoming an EFT Practitioner. Tapping is by far the tool I'm continued to be amazed by to create lasting life changes.
My goal is to build trust and a rapport with my clients (both human and equine!) and provide a safe space for you to process through whatever it is you feel needs to be addressed. Tapping is unique in that I am simply there to guide the session, but it's really you who will be using your own body and feelings to breakthrough whatever it is you're experiencing!
What does it mean to "spiral up"?
Discover the Spiral of Healing
The Spiral of Healing is a term taught in Intuitive Eating where the "momentum is upward and onward, but it doesn't flow in a straight line. The loops [of the spiral] represent moments of returning to past behaviors, which allow reflection of beliefs, thoughts, self-care, and negative self talk." Some would label these loops as regressions, but they're a necessary part of the process.
Abraham Hicks also wrote about the spiral (see image to the right) as a means to describe emotional guidance. These are some of the most common human emotions we all experience. To create change, you find where you are emotionally on the scale, then work to feel just a tad bit better to move up the scale.
The wonderful thing about the spiral is it's really representative of the journey inward. We use what is already in us to create momentum with EFT to calm the system, tap into your subconscious, change old thought patterns, and ultimately help you Spiral Up.

Being a small business owner, things occasionally pop up that cause me a fair amount of stress or anxiety. During this particular time in my life I was under a significant amount of stress attempting to juggle family life as a mom of three and manage a large move for my business from a retail store to a smaller warehouse. I was using all the emotional tools in my toolbox, but had never used EFT before. Jenny guided me through my first EFT session, and the process as a whole, with ease. Within a few minutes of starting I felt like my emotions were valid, yet stuck within, and Jenny helped me process and move these feelings through me with her knowledge and expertise. I finished our first session feeling like a new person, I had a new sense of clarity and was able to visualize the future and projects that had previously left me feeling overwhelmed. I am also an EFT Practitioner and with my bigger issues I prefer to tap with Jenny because she asks the deep questions I wouldn't ask myself. She's very good at bringing out the vulnerability I need to go deeper with my addiction issues. I had a very big problem with eating powdered donuts; I'd buy big bags several times a week of mini powdered donuts and eat a bag in less than an hour. I knew the entire time, being an EFT practitioner myself, that tapping on something like this would take away the addiction, but I waited a long time because I wasn't ready to give up my powdered donuts. I remember the first round of tapping when Jenny asked me how I was feeling, I said I was really sad because I knew once we were done tapping I would no longer have this addiction for powdered donuts.
Jenny and I spent an hour tapping on all of my feelings about the powdered donuts and we learned that the powdered donuts were just filling the void of that elated feeling that I've been missing in my life. By the end of the hour, Jenny helped me reflect of how I can bring more of that elated feeling into my life and I was able to make a list of things that I had forgotten I really enjoy doing. I have not had a powdered donut in almost a year and I pass powdered donuts all the time in the grocery store. In the past I would not have been able to walk past without grabbing a bag. Even when I want something sweet and I look at the powdered donuts, I have no desire to have one.

My experience with Jen's EFT tapping sessions have been remarkable! She is an amazing instructor and more importantly a down to earth human being. It makes opening up about certain situations during the EFT process so much easier with a person like Jen on your team. I have been struggling with anxiety since the pandemic started and it was taking over my life year after year, dispersing intrusive thoughts into all facets of my life. My mental health was crumbling in front of my eyes and it felt like I had no control over it until I met Jen. I can truly say opening up and tapping with Jen has save my life. Typically losing weight requires tremendous will power to be successful and often learning to master all those emotions and lifestyle changes needed to make it permanent is even harder. Jenny demonstrated to me in our tapping sessions that she can get to the core of an issue very quickly to reduce the emotional stress and obstacles that were preventing me from being motivated to make different choices to live a more healthy life. Tapping with Jenny helped me face and deal with the grief of losing my mother. She passed away almost ten years ago and she was sick for 8 years before her passing. I had no idea how much guilt, regret and sadness I still had buried deep within all these years later.
